Independent and experienced App-developer specialized in React Native
PARKPARK offers a mobile payment solution for parking through an app for Android og iOS in co-operation with municipalities and private parking operators across Denmark. We are growing, also abroad, and the app is vital to us!
We strengthen and improve our technology constantly and hence we are now looking for a dedicated cross-platform app-developer and UX-specialist with physical presence in our team in Aalborg.
Please note: We are not interested in outsourcing or offshoring.
Your tasks…
… willl be to develop the PARKPARK app further for both Android and iOS. You will work closely with our other programmers on our in-house developed backend Park Management platform, which is integrated with municipalities, parking operators, hardware suppliers, payment providers and other partners.
You will be responsible for our frontend and especially our app. Our aim is to offer the best possible UX for both Android and iOS. We use React Native, TypeScript and Redux.
It will also be your responsibility to maintain the good relations to Apple App Store, Google Play and Firebase. You will work closely with backend developers and management in maintaining PARKPARK’s technical roadmap.
We use Laravel/PHP for our backend, Asana for project management and Slack for internal communication.
You are…
… an experienced mobile applications developer and used to React Native and you know tools like Redux, Expo, Sentry and Firebase.
You have a good business understanding. You love a perfect UI and to write great code and to integrations. You use, know and understand both iOS and Android and you have a flair for design.
You are in high spirits. You consider yourself as skilled and you are a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, you may talk and speak Danish, but for sure you are great in English.
You either live close to Aalborg or are willing to travel to Aalborg a few days of the week. Physical presence is a must.
